William Blackstone Internacional is an independent private consultancy. We provide structured strategic advisory and coordination services focused exclusively on lawful non-career diplomatic role frameworks and related protocol-oriented, compliance-first matters. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not affiliated with any government. Outcomes, approvals, timelines, and decisions are never guaranteed and remain solely with the relevant authorities and third parties. Affiliates must not imply that William Blackstone Internacional arranges appointments, procures credentials, or acts as an intermediary for any government-issued document.

  1. 申請與盡職審查
    請透過我們的安全聯絡表提交合作夥伴查詢。我們可能會要求提供基本資訊，以核實您的專業資格、業務存在情況及合規一致性。作為入駐流程的一部分，我們亦可能進行合規審查。

  2. 聯盟條款與營運模式
    If approved, partnerships operate under a written agreement that defines the relationship, permitted marketing language, confidentiality, non-solicitation (if applicable), and any referral terms or permitted collaborative arrangements, where allowed under applicable law.

  3. 客戶接收與篩查
    所有潛在客戶均須遵守我們的接收要求，其中可能包括身份驗證及盡職審查篩選。我們保留因合規、法律、聲譽或營運原因拒絕任何查詢的權利。

  4. 委託及範圍
    如事項繼續推進，相關範圍、交付成果、費用以及任何第三方成本均以就該具體事項所提供的書面委託條款為準。如需法律工作或提交文件，該等工作將由相關司法管轄區內具備適當執業資格的專業人士完成。

  5. 支付資格
    Referral compensation, if applicable, is governed exclusively by the affiliate agreement and is typically triggered only after the client has been accepted, an engagement has been executed, and funds have cleared. Payouts may be withheld, reduced, or forfeited in cases of chargebacks, disputes, compliance risk, sanctions risk, misrepresentation, or breach of the affiliate agreement.

  • 不得從事違法或高風險行為
    我們不支持，且聯盟成員不得推廣或協助規避制裁、洗錢、賄賂、欺詐、失實陳述或任何違法行為。

  • 品牌及材料的使用
    對我們名稱、商標或材料的任何使用均須遵守聯盟協議及我們提供的任何書面品牌指引。未經授權的廣告、垃圾訊息或誤導性市場推廣均被禁止。
