No unpaid calls: scheduling and consultations occur only after payment is received and confirmed, where stated as a condition. Payments: We may accept bank wire and cryptocurrency. You are responsible for all transfer fees, bank fees, intermediary fees, and network fees. You are responsible for verifying payment details before sending funds. Third-party payments: We may require verification of the payer, source of funds, and relationship to the client before accepting third-party payments. We may refuse third-party payments or request additional documentation in our sole discretion. If we cannot accept a payment for compliance or risk reasons, we may take actions permitted by law and our agreements, including returning funds where required, net of costs and fees. Crypto notices: Cryptocurrency transactions may be irreversible. Network fees and exchange rate volatility may apply. Delays or errors caused by networks, exchanges, banks, or third parties are not our responsibility.
In certain engagements, we may request written authorization or a power of attorney solely if you decide to proceed with services beyond preliminary advisory stages, and if required for administrative or procedural reasons. If you sign a power of attorney or authorization: you authorize us to act within the scope stated in the signed document and the governing agreement, you should obtain independent legal advice before signing, we do not guarantee any outcome or acceptance by any government authority, we may engage qualified third parties, including locally licensed counsel, where appropriate.
We do not facilitate, arrange, request, encourage, or accept bribes, kickbacks, improper payments, or influence peddling, whether directly or indirectly.
