If approved, partnerships operate under a written agreement that defines the relationship, permitted marketing language, confidentiality, non-solicitation (if applicable), and any referral terms or permitted collaborative arrangements, where allowed under applicable law.

זכאות לתשלום
Referral compensation, if applicable, is governed exclusively by the affiliate agreement and is typically triggered only after the client has been accepted, an engagement has been executed, and funds have cleared. Payouts may be withheld, reduced, or forfeited in cases of chargebacks, disputes, compliance risk, sanctions risk, misrepresentation, or breach of the affiliate agreement.

איננו תומכים ועל השותפים נאסר לקדם או להקל על עקיפת סנקציות, הלבנת הון, שוחד, הונאה, מצג שווא או כל התנהלות בלתי חוקית.
שימוש במותג ובחומרים
כל שימוש בשמנו, בסימני המסחר שלנו או בחומרים שלנו חייב לעמוד בהסכם השותפים ובכל הנחיות מותג כתובות שאנו מספקים. פרסום בלתי מורשה, ספאם או שיווק מטעה אסורים.
תוכנית זו מיועדת למשרדים ויועצים מקצועיים הפועלים חוצה גבולות, בעלי הסמכות הניתנות לאימות ונוכחות עסקית מבוססת. אנו רשאים לדחות בקשות שאינן עומדות בסטנדרטים שלנו לקליטה, ציות או אימות.
