William Blackstone Internacional, Inc., a Panama company, is an independent private consultancy and not a law firm. We provide advisory and coordination support. Where legal services are required, they are provided exclusively by appropriately licensed counsel under separate written engagement in jurisdictions where such counsel is authorized to practice. Peter Kovacs, based in Panama and originally from Budapest, Hungary, began his cross-border career in the late 2000s, building experience in cross-border consulting and international advisory work. Over the course of his early work, he supported complex cross-border matters for private and institutional clients (PEPs), including cases involving enhanced compliance review requirements, in accordance with applicable law.
After that, Peter established an independent consulting practice in Belize. In that capacity, he collaborated with licensed local professionals to provide informational guidance regarding publicly established nationality and residency programs, and advised on cross-border compliance and data protection considerations consistent with applicable law.
Peter has been with William Blackstone Internacional since 2020 and currently serves as Director of Strategy. He leads the development of compliance-focused advisory strategies for qualified clients exploring non-career diplomatic role frameworks, including preparation, documentation readiness, and coordination with licensed professionals where legal work is required.

Edgar Adrián Gómez Guevara, born in the city of Santiago, Veraguas Province, Panama, pursued his law studies at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Universidad Latina de Panamá from 2009 to 2014, obtaining his law degree in 2014. During his studies, he was accepted at the legal clinic of Universidad Latina de Panamá in Santiago de Veraguas in 2015. Subsequently, he was in charge of the legal clinic at Universidad ISAE, also in Santiago, in 2018. In 2019, he continued his legal studies at Universidad ISAE, obtaining certification in mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods. In 2019, he also obtained qualifications as a mediator, conciliator, and arbitrator.
His areas of specialization include civil, agricultural, commercial, family, and criminal law.
Starting in 2021, he began working as an external consultant on litigation matters for the firm Rodríguez y Asociados, to meet the legal needs of a group of investors from various nationalities who were coming to reside in Panama, providing them with legal advice to meet the administrative needs of the corporations created for them, as well as the respective immigration procedures depending on the client's needs.

Jose Antonio Fernández graduated with a Law degree in 1979 from the University of Havana, Cuba. He has worked as an advisor and executive in companies across various countries in Latin America, Africa, and Europe.
For a significant part of his professional life, he has served as a diplomat. He has participated in courses in Cuba and abroad on Commercial Law, International Private Law, Corporate Law, International Finance, the United Nations System, International Arbitration, and other topics. His advisory work is conducted in a private capacity and does not represent any governmental authority.
He is a Professor at the Faculty of Foreign Languages at the University of Havana.
He has participated in events and negotiations in Belarus, Bulgaria, Colombia, the Czech Republic, Ecuador, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Mongolia, Mozambique, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, and Venezuela.

Sarah Abdullah is a licensed attorney in Egypt with over six years of experience in contract law, banking law, intellectual property, and corporate governance. She has extensive experience in Egypt and the UAE, advising on commercial disputes, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Sarah specializes in intellectual property rights, having represented clients in both the Middle East and the United States. She also provides counsel on corporate governance for industries including construction, banking, and IP, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
Currently a researcher in the master’s program at the National Intellectual Property Rights Institute and the American University in Cairo (AUC), Sarah is committed to ongoing legal scholarship and she is known for delivering expert legal solutions to businesses and individuals globally.

Etieen Afont Regueifero is a legal professional with continuous academic training and growing experience in international trade, business law, and legal consultancy. He graduated with a Law degree in 2017 from the University of Havana, Cuba. He has worked as an International Trade Jurist in various Cuban import and export companies. In this role, he specialized in developing import and export operations, advising companies and clients on legal issues related to international trade.
Currently, he serves as Legal Secretary at the Science and Technology Interface Society of the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echeverría," S.A., where he participates in legal and administrative management, facilitating interaction between the academic sector, the business sector, and small and medium-sized enterprises.
He has complemented his education with numerous courses and diplomas, including a Diploma in Foreign Trade, Legal Aspects of Foreign Trade, courses on Arbitration, Corporate Law, and Contractual Effectiveness, and training in Economic Criminal Law. He is currently researching his thesis project for a Master's degree in Criminology. Additionally, he is pursuing a Master's in Constitutional and Administrative Law, both linked to the Faculty of Law at the University of Havana.
He is developing as a versatile and well-prepared professional, capable of addressing complex legal challenges in international trade while continuing his academic development to stay updated in a dynamic legal environment. His career path demonstrates a continuous commitment to professional excellence and lifelong learning.

Pablo Mendieta is a lawyer with experience in corporate legal matters and six years in the banking sector. He holds a specialization in Tax and Business Law, allowing him to provide comprehensive legal counsel to companies. He has worked at Banco del Pacífico and currently serves as a legal advisor at Banco Pichincha, the largest bank in Ecuador.
His expertise includes regulatory compliance, risk management, and tax optimization, offering strategic and efficient solutions for the financial and business sectors. His knowledge of tax law enables him to assist companies with tax planning and compliance.

Yoel Proenza Álvarez studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Isla de la Juventud, Cuba, from 2008 to 2014, obtaining his law degree in July 2014. He is registered in the General Registry of Jurists of Cuba with registration number 48039. Additionally, he holds a diploma as a Specialist in Sales, Marketing, and Public Relations.
He began his professional career as a Legal Advisor in the business sector, working in state-owned construction and commerce companies. His practice, spanning more than 14 years, covers various areas of law, such as civil, contractual, economic, labor, administrative, financial, and property law. He has also ventured into other key state and non-state business sectors in specialties such as sales, negotiation, commercialization, billing, marketing, logistics, and management.

Crystal Culaway serves as a Legal Assistant at William Blackstone Internacional, based in the Philippines. She provides executive-level administrative and documentation support to the company’s leadership team, managing communications, documentation, and scheduling to maintain efficient and well-organized operations.
